This policy covers the Mosven AI websites, mosvenai.com and wallproof.mosvenai.com, and email you send to us. It is published by Mosven LLC ("we", "us"), which owns the Mosven AI brand. Kindreply has its own policy at kindreply.mosvenai.com/privacy, because it will handle business and review data.
Who we are
Mosven LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA, and run from İzmir, Türkiye. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@mosvenai.com.
What we collect
Email you send us. If you write to hello@mosvenai.com, for example to ask about the Wallproof beta, we receive your email address, your name if you include it and your message. We use it to answer you and, if you asked about a beta, to contact you when it opens.
Technical data. Our hosting provider records standard request data, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to keep the sites secure and working.
Your theme choice. If you switch between light and dark mode, your browser remembers the choice on your device. It is not a cookie and it is not sent to us.
These sites have no sign-up forms, analytics, advertising tools or tracking cookies. The Wallproof wall sketch runs in your browser and sends nothing to us.
How we use it
We use what you send us to reply, to keep a record of the conversation and, for beta requests, to invite you when there is space. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who helps us
- Hostinger hosts the websites.
- Google Workspace runs our email.
Both process data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
Emails are kept as long as needed to deal with your request, then for up to 24 months. Server logs are kept by our host for a limited period for security.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete what we hold about you by writing to hello@mosvenai.com. We will answer within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under laws such as the GDPR, the UK GDPR or US state privacy laws, including the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
Links to other sites
Our pages link to LinkedIn and to the other Mosven LLC brands. Those sites have their own privacy policies.
Children
Our sites are made for adults running a business. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
International transfers
We are a US company run from Türkiye and our providers operate in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live. Where the law requires it, we rely on safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses offered by our providers.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Before Wallproof's private beta accepts any files, we will publish Wallproof's own terms and privacy information.
